    MOTORCARMYANMAR is a free online web and a mobile app. It distributes car relevant information and advertises car/car accessory sales in Myanmar. We want to provide easy buying access to buyers, connect buyers to trusted reliable sellers, and promote sellers' business growth.
    Mobile App is mostly intended for posting advertisements. Web app consists of more features and capabilities.

    What data is collected and how it is used:

    • For sign-up data

      User can sign-up with our custom login system
      For former, user needs to provide name,login password,email or phone number. Following valid validation, user will be signed in to member content.

    • For posting ad(s) and other input content

      If user have created account with us, they can post car/car accessory ad(s), add reviews,requests and so on.
      For car & car accessory ad, car photos,specs and seller contact is needed. For instance, "car manufacturer,car model,car price, transmission, fuel type,engine" and few more. Car accessory specs contain for e.g, "accessory name,brand,category,price" and few more. Seller can provide additional contact info such as company/business, address,websites,social media links, and about.
      For other input data, input content will be collected such as review and request.

    How data are processed and purposes

    • For sign-up data

      Sign-up data is required for user to manage(modify,add,delete,) ad(s) or related content(e.g reviews,seller reviews).
      Sign-up data enable the user to recover their account if they happen to forgot their login credentials.
      Mainly it is used for seller contact info for the buyers in case of selling.

    • For posting ad(s) and other input content

      New ad/content added will be labeled 'pending'. Following validation within one or few days, they will become approved and be listed for other public users to view and get info. These ads and content will faciliate seller sales, buyer purchases, car enthusiatics interest and provide the car market trends and knowledge.

    Third-party api, services, and plugins are utilized for the following reasons:

    • To facilitate our service
    • To provide the service on our behalf
    • To perform service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our service is used

    Security:

    Users trust are valued for providing us your information. Car/car accessory ads info and nonsensitive profile information are obtained. MOTORCARMYANMAR is striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. In any case, your data are not modified or shared. Only your ads are shared and few profile info that you shared.

    Children\’s Privacy:

    These services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to resolve the situation.

    Changes to This Privacy Policy

    User Data Deletion

    • User can choose to delete their account.

      User is required to sign in first. On the profile page, user can choose to delete own's account. Click the "Delete My Account" button. All their data (car/car acessory ads, reviews, login credentials,.....) will be deleted permanently after 14 days from deletion date. Notification message will be shown at the profile page as well. After the permanent removal, user can no longer sign-in or retrieve/restore their data or account. But prior to the completed removal, user is able to sign-in and still choose to restore their account and data.

    • User only wants to delete own ads or input data.

      User is required to sign in first to access own account. Go to your own preferred input ads/data (car, accessory, reviews, and so) page. There you can select your data and delete it and they will not be listed publicly.

    • Data deletion instructions for facebook user.

      If you want to delete your activities for MOTORCARMYANMAR facebook login app, you can remove your information by following these steps:

      - Go to your Facebook Account’s “Settings & Privacy”.
      - Click “Settings”
      - Then click “Security and Login”.
      - Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you have linked with your Facebook account.
      - Search and Click “Musiversal” in the search bar.
      - Scroll and click “Remove”.

    If there are errors removing your account, request MOTORCARMYANMAR and we will remove it for you. You can request us through
